KINDER BUENO BROWNIES

I made this brownies for a friend's birthday and her request was for a kinder bueno combination!
I couldn't really find any recipes for these brownies except one Janes Patisserie recipe which I based these brownies off. However I used white chocolate chips as I know my friend likes white chocolate too!

These are the perfect gooey brownies with a nice crunchy top, the kinder bueno works really nicely as the cream inside is still lovely and smooth, and the white chocolate works so perfectly with the kinder bueno too!

Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 275g golden caster sugar
- 100g plain flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 100g white chocolate chips
- 3 kinder bueno bars

Recipe:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tin with baking parchment.

2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water until smooth. Once melted together leave to cool.

3. Whisk the sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy, and then mix in the chocolate mixture.

4. Once this is all combined, fold in the flour and cocoa powder. I did this in a few stages as it took a while to all combine together. Then you can add in the white chocolate chips.

5. Next, pour the mixture into the tin and place the pieces of kinder bueno on top. I think it would work to cut some of the pieces in half and push them a little further into the mixture and then place a few on top too.

6. This goes into the oven for 25-30 minutes, and then leave it to cool in the tin.

7. Once its cool, take out of the tin, cut into pieces and enjoy!

What do you think I should try next in my brownies??

  11. These. Look. Fantastic. I am having serious brownie cravings! Unfortunately, ovens are few and far between here in Southeast Asia. I bet these would still come out good in one of those toaster ovens, I may have to invest! Thanks for sharing!
