CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER DATES

I saw something similar to this on instagram and having a bit of a weakness for peanut butter and chocolate I decided to make something similar as a little snack when I am craving something sweet.

These are so easy to make and I love that you can just grab one easily and it gets rid of any cravings. They keep in the fridge so they chocolate is nice and crunchy which contrasts with the soft date and peanut butter.  Medjool dates are naturally sweet and with the dark chocolate, they go amazingly with the savoury peanut butter.

To make them all you need is:
- medjool dates
- you're favourite peanut butter (smooth is better for these)
- dark chocolate, around 50g for 8 dates, melted

1. Cut open the dates and take out the stone - cut them in half so they open easily for the peanut butter.

2. Use a knife to push the peanut butter into the date and close them back up.

3. Dip the date in chocolate until well covered and then place on baking parchment. Once all the dates are covered, drizzle any extra chocolate over the top!

4. Put them into the fridge for a couple of hours to set, they are best kept in the fridge for storage.
